With the festive season upon us, there has never has there been a better excuse to purchase a new dress. At this time of year, whatever parties you may be attending, it suddenly becomes acceptable to wear as many sparkles and sequins as possible, luxury fabrics such as velvet become de rigueur and every other girl is in the popular one shouldered dress.
